CERAMERIC LLC is pleased to announce the purchase of the assets of WERLCHEM LLC DBA SEMIXICON effective on March 27, 2023.

 

WERLCHEM LLC DBA SEMIXICON is based in the Silicon Valley serving worldwide Semiconductor, Photonics and Medical etc. industries with precision ceramic machining and assembly solutions with core technology of semiconductor wafer handling chuck tables such as porous ceramic vacuum chuck table, SSiC,SiSiC pin chuck and ESC and ceramic heaters.

 

With the acquisition , CERAMERIC LLD DBA SEMIXICON will continue the success in developing wafer chuck tables, porous chucks, Electrostatic Chucks and ceramic heaters serving universities , researching institutes ,labs ,fabs and manufacturing sites worldwide; the legend of  precision ceramic solutions of Alumina Oxides, Zirconia Oxide, Silicon Carbide ,Aluminum Nitride for pan Semi industry from our Fremont CA headquarters will go on .

 

We take this opportunity to send our warm greetings to our new team members, customers and vendors, this acquisition will have no impact to the ongoing product development and supply, the payment to and from WERLCHEM LLC DBA SEMIXICON will be handled by CERAMERIC LLC DBA SEMIXICON effective April 10, 2023.
