DISCO defines seven years (84 months) from shipment of the machine as the warranty period for supply of spare parts.*
After this period, DISCO will continue to supply spare parts as long as circumstances permit. However, no warranties can be made regarding their availability. 

However,as far as porous ceramic chuck table, grinding chuck table, transportation pad etc are concerned, here in SEMIXICON,you always have our back ,we will refurbish, build new or modify them to keep them  operating ,
