DISCO DAD3350 is one of the most popular dicing maching in the market ,besides manufacuting the standard 6, 8 and 12 inch DAD3350 dicing chucks, the 3 different kinds of chucks are sharing the same DAD3350 machine setup, some of our high end customers have noticed shivering issues in the original 12 chucks as it is much heavier than 8 inch chuck, this might cause defects in the dicing process ,we have been working with customers in a newly modified design which is much lighter and more compact greatly reducing the shivering issue and some water residue too,this new design is widlely welcomed and proven to be another hugh success.
