This newly designed semiXicon porous ceramic rolling stone chucks will be able to chuck thin film materials in high speed printing,bonding and transportation etc processes to make sure uniformed nano scale suction while not damaging the metrology of the materials.

As always, pore size,porosity ,dimensions can be tailer made by semiXicon engineers per each client's unique needs.
